These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and ct999c (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://ct999c.cam and any related mobile or application interfaces.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the ct999c platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms and that you agree to be bound by it unconditionally. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

To register and use ct999c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. The Operator reserves the right to verify compliance at registration, upon withdrawal request or at any point during your use of the platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to your account. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory as defined in these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ct999c. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested in the registration form. You must keep this information current and update it promptly should any details change.

The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of digital wallet, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where required by the Operator's compliance obligations

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in the Operator's request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. The Operator will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from such suspension where it results from the User's failure to cooperate with verification requirements.

All sports betting and casino gaming on ct999c is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, market or game type, as displayed within the platform. These general terms apply in addition to and, where applicable, in conjunction with those specific product rules.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an incorrect price or where a market has been suspended. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number.

In-Play / Live Betting: Live betting markets update dynamically during the course of a sporting event. Odds available in-play are subject to rapid change. The Operator does not guarantee that an in-play price will remain available at the time your bet is submitted. Connection delays on the User's end do not constitute grounds for a claim against the Operator.

Cricket Markets: Cricket betting markets are available for publicly scheduled matches including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions. ct999c is not affiliated with or endorsed by the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or governing body. Results are settled using official match data from recognized sources.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided if a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the Operator's void window, if an incorrect price was displayed due to a technical error, or if the market is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or integrity concerns. Voided bets are returned at stake value.

Palpable Errors: Where a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a human or technical error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" — the Operator reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made on behalf of another person — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and/or reversal of the funds.

Currency: The ct999c platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual settlement currency and any conversion applicable will be specified in the platform cashier. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider.

Payment Method References: ct999c references Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as familiar Pakistani payment services for contextual purposes only. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support, facilitate or are affiliated with ct999c or its operations in any capacity. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, active bonus wagering completion. The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Standard withdrawal processing timeframes are displayed in the platform cashier and may vary depending on payment method and volume.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal limits and daily/weekly transaction caps are specified within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated at the Operator's discretion. These limits may be adjusted for VIP or loyalty tier members in accordance with the published loyalty program terms.

ct999c may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotional offer is governed by the specific terms published alongside that offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions and are incorporated herein by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific offer terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the specific offer terms (e.g., PKR 5,000 bonus at 30× wagering = PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets required). These figures are illustrative only.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit — which will be specified in the offer terms — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. The game contribution rates applicable to each offer are published in the offer terms or the platform's general bonus terms table.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period, after which any unused bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited automatically. It is the User's responsibility to monitor active bonus status.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawable amount. This cap is specified per offer and applies regardless of the amount won during wagering.
• One Account, One Bonus: Each promotional offer is available once per individual, household, device and IP address unless the specific terms expressly state otherwise.

The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any fraudulent or abusive use of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using automated tools or exploiting errors in promotional configurations — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ct999c platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

1. Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party information.
2. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC or any other platform interaction.
3. Using automated scripts, bots, algorithmic tools or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, including for bet placement, odds scraping or advantage play that exploits system errors.
4. Colluding with other players, platform staff or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
5. Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including layering deposits and withdrawals without corresponding genuine gambling activity.
6. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or mathematical loopholes in the platform's games or pricing models for systematic profit.
7. Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets with the benefit of non-public information relating to the outcome of any event.
8. Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour towards ct999c support staff or other platform users.
9. Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
10. Allowing or enabling a minor to access or use your account.

ct999c is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Operator recognises that gambling can cause harm to a minority of users and has implemented tools designed to support players in managing their gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users directly from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.

The platform does not claim to be licensed, authorized or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, any provincial authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan.

• Loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity on the platform
• Service interruptions, technical failures or data loss
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Any consequence resulting from your non-compliance with these Terms or applicable local law

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ct999c platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, data, game interfaces, marketing materials and documentation — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property of the Operator other than as strictly necessary to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, transmit or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator. Scraping, data mining, frame linking or otherwise extracting data from the platform using automated tools is expressly prohibited.

ct999c is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of the PCB, PSL, ICC, any national cricket board, sports team or gaming studio unless explicitly stated. Brand names of payment services referenced on this platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are the intellectual property of their respective owners. The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to or upon the date the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish to withdraw your funds, contact customer support prior to the amendment's effective date.

Termination by the User: You may close your ct999c account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination or Suspension by the Operator: The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected
• A User is found or suspected to be ineligible under the account eligibility criteria
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account closure
• The Operator withdraws from offering services in a particular territory

In cases of account closure due to prohibited conduct or confirmed fraud, the Operator reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to relevant authorities.
